great staff and nice pool area for relaxation

Enjoyed the friendly service and well-equipped rooms.

We had to request clean linen for the

pull-out sofa bed as there wasn't any in the room when we arrived. Additionally, the breakfast was nice, and the staff at the front desk were friendly, but we were initially checked into an incorrect room, which was frustrating.

Had a lovely experience visiting the new M Club with my family. The breakfast selection was great and the hosts were warm and welcoming. We appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of our room, making it easy to relax after a long day of travel.

My kids wished for better shuttle service, as waiting in the cold felt lengthy. It would be great if the hotel added more kid-friendly activities to keep them entertained while we waited.

Great price, super comfy room, and the facilities were all shiny and clean. Alisha at check-in was a gem! I’ll be back next time I'm in town, for sure.

The airport noise was louder than my mother-in-law after a gin and tonic! And let’s not talk about the extreme gym enthusiasm—was that a workout or a wrestling match?

It was just a balanced option for a stopover in Irving with real value for money. The complimentary shuttle to the airport was much appreciated! Check the pool and hot tub before you use them.

The room I stayed in was newly renovated and super comfortable. I really enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and hot tub during my downtime. It was nice to kick back after a long day, although I did notice some minor delays with the housekeeping staff getting to my room. Overall, I had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend it for a relaxing stay! 😊

excellent access to parks and local attractions for city strolls

I loved how the service was outstanding and personal, especially with Pavel reaching out before our stay to share local activities and weather tips, making our time here feel special and catered to. also, our quick and easy access to lovely parks like Grapevine Springs Park and North Lake added a refreshing touch to our daily strolls around the area.

I had a pretty mixed experience during my stay. While the breakfast was enjoyable and the hotel was clean, I did have a frustrating check-in issue. They initially gave us the wrong room and forgot the linens for the pull-out sofa. Not cool!

Great Experience with Impeccable Service

Had a fantastic stay! The breakfast at Urban Spur exceeded expectations with fresh pastries and a delightful omelet station. The staff went above and beyond when I had a question about the shuttle service. Pro tip, Use the complimentary shuttle to reach the terminal easily!

Upon arrival, a horrible sewer smell assaulted us in the lobby and persisted on the guest room floor. With noise from the highways and overhead planes, soundproofing could definitely use improvement to ensure a restful stay. The shower leaked constantly, adding to the disturbances in the bathroom, which had visible signs of wear and tear.

The Dallas/Fort Worth Airport Marriott is beautifully decorated with modern fixtures and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive, making my stay enjoyable and easy, especially with all the accessibility features for seniors.

Room soundproofing could be improved for better rest.
